Has anyone any experience of the new Nemesis ultra wheel lock

This type of smaller device that uses the wheel and chassis to provide a secure lock look like a more convenient idea than a big wheel clamp. Like all of them though it is only as strong as it's weakest element and it really needs an expert to test and review it.
