Looking forward to July when we will be driving to Spain in the motorhome we have just bought. We also have a caravan permanently out there but after 12 years getting fed up going to the same place so invested in an old motorhome to give it a whirl. Our caravan is a 24' weippert 4 berth with an enormous Isabella awning also providing easily another 2 berths without getting cramped. Not exactly campers as the awning even has a laminate floor and air con. Fantastic campsite though and right on the beach and a real family atmosphere. The drive is around 800 miles from Calais but with a couple of stops is a lovely run. campiste is camping el pla in malgrat de mar. After 12 years we can provide you with any info that helps. It is about 30 minutes north of Barcelona.
